The Klan and The Nebraska State Police

Hate Watch provides a link to the Seattle Times who report the Nebraska Supreme Court Upholds State Trooper’s Firing Over Klan Membership.

Get this, the Nebraska Supreme Court ruled that ex-State Trooper Robert Hendersen’s constitutional rights were not violated when he was fired in 2006 after law enforcement officials learned that he’d joined the Knights Party, a Ku Klux Klan organization, in 2004.

AAPP: I guess in this alleged post-racial America we understand the reasons why some police cowards and other civil war mongers are making every attempt to killing black folks, shooting people in the back and beating our children/teens.
