Seattle Police Officer Punches Black Girl In The Face

I just had a Rodney King flash back!








I don't get it.

Why would a Seattle police officer punch a black girl in the face after she complained about being stopped for jaywalking? Did the police officer cause a minor infraction of the law to escalate into a street confrontation and excessive force altercation?

Is this a case for more de-escalation training to teach officers how to deal with jaywalkers who ignore them, who challenge their authority and get upset because they don't think they have committed an important infraction? Or is this a case of color aroused hatred towards black people. I don't get it. Do you?  Or maybe you agree with some of the Diva bloggers, and right wing loons.
