Seattle Police Officer Punches Black Girl In The Face

I just had a Rodney King flash back!

I don't get it.

Why would Seattle police officer punch a black girl in the face after she complained about being stopped for jaywalking? Did the police officer cause a minor infraction of the law to escalate into a street confrontation and excessive force altercation?

Is this a case for more de-escalation training to teach officers how to deal with jaywalkers who ignore them, who challenge their authority and get upset because they don't think they have committed an important infraction? Or is this a case of color aroused hatred towards black people. I don't get it. Do you?  Or maybe you agree with some of the Diva bloggers, and right wing loons.

Watch the video and let me know what you think.

Alvin Greene, Republican Plant or Regular Black Guy?

What the hell is going on in South Carolina? Why are so many people hating on the man nominated as the Democratic candidate for Senate in South Carolina?

There are a lot of people suggesting that he may be a "plant."  The right wing media, Huffington Post and other liberal media outlets, Twitter, bloggers, are all having a field day about him. Now a high-ranking Democrat has suggested that he is a Republican plant.  Get this, House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) has called for South Carolina to investigate the circumstances that led to Alvin Greene winning the Democratic Senate primary in his state earlier this week. Read more HERE

Now we learn the South Carolina Democratic Party has called on Greene on Wednesday to drop out of the race after The Associated Press reported that the candidate is facing felony charges for having allegedly displayed pornographic images to a college student.

What the hell!

AAPP:  Did he have a simple old fashion campaign? Why are so many people hating on this guy? He had 60% of the vote. Why can't a black man run for US senate without all the hoopla? The voters voted for him. Lets talk about it tonight on the Political Slugfest, "If you can handle the truth."
