Color Aroused subprime loans - did banks, lenders, black folks and other folks of color cause the recession?

We will discuss their new report that demonstrates the link between our current recession to structural color aroused (racial) inequities in lending and employment. Not only does the data reveal that people of color have been disproportionately affected by this economic downturn, it shows that that families of color were systemically targeted for subprime loans when several qualified for prime loans, contributing significantly to the foreclosures that caused the recession. So did banks, lenders, black folks and other folks of color cause the recession?
